Order Processing

Thank you for shopping with us!

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment has been confirmed.

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method selected.

We may occasionally offer:

  • Free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
  • Flat-rate shipping for selected regions.
  • Express shipping options where available.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

Domestic Orders

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

International Orders

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days
  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Customs clearance
  • Carrier delays
  • High order volumes
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

We appreciate your patience in these situations.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply if the package must be re-shipped.
  • Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package has been lost:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier.
  3. Contact us, and we will assist with filing a claim where applicable.

We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will review your request and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT/GST
  • Brokerage fees

These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (where carrier restrictions apply)
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO) unless specifically stated
  • Countries where shipping services are unavailable

Multiple Packages

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse location.

You may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.


Delivery Issues

If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
